offers Free Shipping* Australia Wide for all orders over $49.
*Free shipping is for standard shipping on regular items via Australia Post
On most occasions your order will ship within 24 hours, we are determined to be
fast. Some delays may be expected during peak season.
Items can be left unattended at the customer’s request by leaving us a comment
in the order giving authority to leave it and suggest a safe location for the
driver to leave the parcel at. Please note that all items left unattended are
the responsibility of the customer, Snow and Hike takes no responsibility for
damage or loss that may occur to any parcel that have been left as per the
shipping instructions.
How
to track your order
If there are any
issues with your shipment, you can contact the courier company, provide the
consignment number of your parcel so they can look it up for you / help you
with your shipment.
