Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your Snow & Hike purchase. If something isn't right, here's everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your order.

Our Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unused and re-sellable condition with all product tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us first — email us at info@snowandhike.com.au to request a return authorisation. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return and whether you are requesting a refund or exchange.
  2. Complete your return authorisation form — we'll send you a return authorisation form via email. Please print and complete this form and include it in your return parcel.
  3. Pack your item securely — ensure your item is packed safely with the completed return authorisation form included inside the parcel.
  4. Send it back — returns can be sent via Australia Post or an alternative courier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked service as Snow & Hike cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  5. We'll take care of the rest — once we receive your return in acceptable condition we'll process your refund or exchange promptly.

Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unused and in their original re-sellable condition with all tags attached
  • Product packaging must be returned in undamaged condition — we cannot accept returns where the original packaging has been damaged, written on, torn or is missing. The product and its packaging must be received in 100% re-sellable condition
  • Items received damaged, marked, stained or torn may not be accepted for return unless they are faulty
  • If the reason for the return is not the result of a Snow & Hike shipment error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If you have received a wrong, missing or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@snowandhike.com.au and we will resolve it as quickly as possible

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange for a different size or colour, please contact us at info@snowandhike.com.au and we'll do our best to accommodate your request subject to stock availability.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
