Enjoy free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $100.

Shipping Costs

For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location. Express post is also available at checkout, with costs calculated based on product weight and delivery location.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. To get an accurate estimate, use the Australia Post delivery times calculator and enter 2627 as the sender postcode along with your own postcode.

Order Tracking

All orders come with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Battery Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier restrictions on lithium battery shipments, batteries cannot be sent via express post to QLD, WA, NT, SA or TAS. Batteries can still be delivered to these states via standard shipping. If you are ordering batteries and are located in one of these states, please select standard shipping at checkout. 

We Only Ship Within Australia

Snow & Hike is an Australian family-owned and operated business that ships to Australian addresses only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
